This is what your kitten will come with:
TICA registration papers
Age appropriate FVRCP vaccinations
Exam
Spayed or neutered
Dewormed
Microchipped
Personalized take-home bag for welcoming new kitten home
Written contract and three year genetic guarantee
Kittens leave our home after their spay/neuter between 12 and 14 weeks
Parents tested negative for FeLV & FIV
Parents tested for HCM mutation, PKD and 48 other genetic flaws through wisdom panel
Please note our contract does contain a “no declaw” clause.
Pricing
Pet Quality(spayed/neutered) starting at $2800(+ 8.5% sales tax in accordance with Illinois state law). Colors that are harder to produce like lilac are $3000
Show Quality Kitten- starting at $3500
(We only sell breeding cats to registered, established breeders who follow ethical standards and practices. Before accepting a deposit for a breeder, we will want to have an interview to see if our values align.)
Screening
We reserve the right to refuse to sell any of our kittens or cats at any time to anyone. On occasion we may find that a situation is not suitable. In that case a full refund of money that has been paid will be issued. We carefully screen prospective buyers in order to find the best possible matches for our kittens with their new families. We speak with all prospective customers on the phone prior to a deposit being placed so they can get to know us better and vice versa. Payments
We accept Venmo and Zelle. All fees through Venmo(if you select sending to a business) are buyers responsibility. We require a $500 deposit to reserve a pet kitten and $1000 deposit to reserve a breeder kitten. The deposit is applied towards the final balance of the kitten. As of February 2025, Deposits are non-refundable. The final balance owed on the kitten is due 1 week prior to pickup unless paying in cash. Those who are paying in cash may bring the balance the same day. Your kitten CANNOT go home until balance is paid in full.
Pickup
Kittens will be picked up a few days after spay/neuter. We will hold your kitten up to one (1) week after surgery. After one week, you will be charged $35/day for boarding unless there are extenuating circumstances. We do not ship kittens due to the added stress shipping places on them. We are located approximately thirty (30) minutes from O’Hare International Airport (ORD) and fifty (50) minutes from Midway International Airport (MDW). We are happy to meet people at either airport although O’Hare is preferred. If travel is a burden, a courier service can be used at the buyer’s expense.
